Barrel Nut, DL-22
The DL22 Barrel Nut was designed specifically for 22LR ‘blaster’ builds but is compatible with most 22LR pistol builds while using a CMMG dedicated barrel. Machined from 4140 steel and finished with a black salt bath nitride, the DL22 Barrel Nut will keep your build lightweight while curbing all your aesthetic needs.
**Dl-22 Barrel Nut is for our 4.5 Inch .22 LR Barrel or Barrel and Bolt Group Kit Only! Cannot be used with any other caliber**
Tools Needed
- Action or receiver block
- Anti-Seize Lube (Molykote G-N or equivalent)
- Receiver extension (castle nut) wrench
- Torque Wrench
- Mount upper receiver on receiver block. Install barrel sub-assembly 22D5B0F into the upper receiver.
- Apply a thin coat of anti-seize lube to the upper receiver threads then Install the barrel nut hand tight. Torque the barrel nut to 40 to 80 Ft-Lbs using a torque wrench.
