CMMG, Inc. Lifetime Quality Guarantee

Conditioned on being a Limited Warranty of use, maintenance, and cleaning of the product in accordance with CMMG, Inc.’s instructions supplied with the product, CMMG, Inc. warrants that the product was manufactured free of defects in material and workmanship. This Limited Warranty is effective from the date of purchase of the product from CMMG Inc. and transfers with sale, trade, or gift. If CMMG, Inc. determines there is a defect in materials or workmanship, CMMG, Inc. will repair, replace, or substitute part(s), as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of CMMG, Inc., at no charge to the purchaser, provided however, CMMG, Inc. will not provide cash, credit, refund, or pay a third-party to repair the product. If CMMG, Inc. elects to replace the product, CMMG, Inc. is entitled to keep the product that it replaces. Any unauthorized permanent modifications to the product will automatically void this Limited Warranty. To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must contact CMMG, Inc.’s Tech Support before any attempted unauthorized permanent modification of the product is made. Please provide a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase, if requested, when submitting Lifetime Quality Guarantee service work.

CMMG, Inc.’s Lifetime Quality Guarantee does not apply to:
· Normal wear and tear of the product;
· Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect, including, without limitation, failure to follow cleaning and maintenance procedures described in the product manuals;
· Unauthorized permanent modifications of the product;
· Damage resulting from barrel obstruction; or
· Damage or functional issues resulting from hand-loaded, reloaded, remanufactured, or incompatible or defective ammunition. See CMMG, Inc. Ammunition Disclaimer below.

CMMG, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CMMG, Inc. shall not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions may not permit the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, or limitation on the duration of implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, but are limited to the shortest period permitted by law. No individual or entity other than CMMG, Inc., is authorized to alter the obligations, limitations, disclaimers, or exclusions under this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Missouri, without regard to Missouri’s conflict of law rules. Any litigation between CMMG, Inc. and you or your heirs, representatives, or assigns pursuant to this Limited Warranty, or any other warranty, shall be filed before a court of competent jurisdiction and venue in the 13th Judicial District, Boone County, of the State of Missouri. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

**DISCLAIMER: IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SENDER OF THE PRODUCT(S) TO REMOVE ALL 3^RD PARTY PARTS AND ACCESSORIES BEFORE SENDING IN THEIR PRODUCT(S) FOR REPAIR/WARRANTY WORK. CMMG INC. IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY 3^RD PARTY PARTS SENT WITH PRODUCTS.**

CMMG, Inc. Ammunition Disclaimer
All CMMG, Inc. firearms are designed to function with a wide variety of ammunition and undergo rigorous testing prior to release to ensure reliability and durability. Not all factory loaded ammunitions are compatible with CMMG, Inc. firearms, and not all CMMG, Inc. firearms are designed to function with all factory loaded ammunitions. Extreme atmospheric conditions including, but not limited to, cold, heat, humidity, and altitude may affect the operation and functionality of CMMG, Inc. firearms. Because CMMG, Inc. relies on select types of ammunition for testing each firearm and upper receiver group before shipment, it therefore cannot guarantee reliable function with all types of factory loaded ammunition, handloads, or reloads. CMMG, Inc. Lifetime Quality Guarantee claims due to ammunition selection will be subject to review by CMMG, Inc. Tech Support staff and coverage will be determined in CMMG, Inc. sole and absolute discretion. CMMG, Inc. recommends testing small quantities of your preferred ammunition for operation and reliability prior to committing to using only one type or brand exclusively. CMMG, Inc. makes no claims that all ammunition brands, bullet types, or power factors will function without issue in our firearms.

Some ammunition is designed to run within certain parameters (i.e.: subsonic, low recoil, +P+, Super, etc.) and are not designed to function within the configuration of our firearms. Choosing to use those types of ammunition will require the end user to purchase aftermarket solutions to aid in the operation of our firearms. Extreme atmospheric conditions may also require the end user to purchase aftermarket solutions to overcome the conditions. Aftermarket solutions are at the expense of the owner and include, but are not limited to; buffers of different weight, sound suppressors, adjustable gas blocks, and CMMG Inc.’s Action Tuning Kit.

Returned products that are found without a defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
