Washington "Assault Weapons" Ban
April 25, 2023. Washington state has enacted HB1240 banning "assault weapons" and parts "from which assault rifles can be assembled". CMMG cannot currently accept Washington orders for complete firearms, receivers, and small parts.
At this time we can still accept and ship orders for 10rd limited capacity magazines and items not considered gun parts.
Illinois "Assault Weapons" Ban
On January 10, 2023 the state of Illinois passed an "assault weapons" ban that went into effect immediately upon signing. CMMG is not able to ship complete firearms to Illinois, we are still investigating the legality around shipping receivers and magazines.
More information will be listed as it becomes available to us.
