Compact Action

Since the introduction of the pistol stabilizing brace, braces and the pistols they are commonly attached to, have faced a lot of scrutiny over the years. CMMG set out to do away with the need for a pistol brace by eliminating the need for the buffer tube setup found on the rear of AR15s.

The Compact Action BCG uses a set of dual guide rods and springs contained within the upper receiver of a DISSENT upper to cycle the action and is compatible with both Direct Impingement and CMMG’s patented Radial Delayed Blowback™ operating systems.
